Features ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3, 100% polyester shell & lining, 8000MM waterproof rating, fully waterproof and seam-sealed, hideaway hood, storm flap with snap closure, 2" wide reflective taping on front, back and sleeves. Includes half-elastic adjustable tab cuffs with hook & loop closures, two large lower pockets, drawcord waist and hem with toggle adjustability. This garment must be fully zipped to be in compliance with ANSI/ISEA standards. Complies with ANSI, CPSIA, ISEA.
