Preston S Pens

W have ordered several times from My Promotional Pens and we have been more than satisfied each time.  I read the review below before I re-ordered this time and was very surprised that there was a negative review. It prompted me to write a positive review since I have had such a positive experience.  Our pens come all in one box as well and nothing has ever been wrong with them.  They have always had packing paper to fill the empty area of the box, etc.  I know some pens you can buy come individually wrapped in cellophane, however I certainly would not expect that for a pen that cost $0.25. I know if we ever had a problem, this company would fix it immediately.  They value their return customers!

Imprint/Logo - 5 - Looks great.

Shipping/Delivery - 2 - There was only paper for padding on one side of the box; I suspect this is why a few pens arrived damaged.  Also, because there was no padding, I accidentally scratched a whole line of pens opening the box with a scissor.

Pen Quality - 1 - Comfortable feel, light, but VERY cheap plastic. A few arrived cracked where the retractable top screws on so when you try to write, the top springs up 3 feet into the air.  I thought the pens were just damaged due to poor shipping but I'm finding more and more cracked pens, after minimal or even no use!
